International Day of Peace: September 21

On Monday, September 21, our school community will come together to recognize the International Day of Peace, a global day dedicated to promoting peace, kindness, respect, unity, and understanding among people and communities around the world.

To honor this special day, we are asking all students and staff to wear WHITE on Monday, September 21. 🤍 White is often used as a symbol of peace and will be a simple way for our entire school to show that we are united in creating a kinder, more peaceful world.

As an IB World School, this day connects beautifully to our mission of developing caring, open-minded, internationally minded young people. We want our students to understand that peace isn't only something that happens between countries—it begins with the choices we make every day: including others, listening to different perspectives, showing kindness, resolving conflicts peacefully, and respecting people whose experiences may be different from our own.
